According to the Office for the Implementation of Electronic Governance Infrastructure, citizens who have not paid for and activated their electronic signatures by February 1 will have them automatically activated.

A change has been made to the fare system for public transportation. Starting February 1, the price for a single trip will be set at 150 AMD instead of the previously planned 300 AMD. This information was announced by Mayor Tigran Avinyan in a released video.
