Wanted persons identified and detained
On January 19, patrol officers of the Kotayk Province identified and detained a 23-year-old resident of Sevan on Hay Fidayinneri Street in the city of Hrazdan. The individual had been wanted by the Magadan Police of the Russian Federation since July 28, 2025. He was placed under arrest, and the initiating party was notified of the apprehension.
Police officers identified a 47-year-old woman at an address on Lynch Street in the city of Ashtarak; she had been wanted by law enforcement authorities of the Moscow region of the Russian Federation since October 26, 2016, on charges of fraud. She was also detained, and the information was conveyed to the initiating party.
A 28-year-old foreign national was transported to Armenia via the Frankfurt-Yerevan flight. The individual had been wanted since December 17, 2024, on charges of participation in a criminal organization and computer-related theft. He was also placed under arrest.
