Attempt to illegally import 45.5 kg of medication via Tbilisi-Yerevan train
An attempt was made to import 45.5 kilograms of medication into Armenia, hidden from customs control, via the Tbilisi-Yerevan passenger train.
According to the State Revenue Committee, during an inspection of the train that arrived at the Ayrum customs checkpoint a few days ago, it was revealed that there were medications hidden from customs control on board. Three large bags were found under the bed of passenger A. T., containing various types of medicines with a total weight of 45.5 kilograms.
A protocol on the violation of customs rules has been drawn up regarding the incident. The materials have been sent to the Legal Department of the SRC.
