Wall of an inoperative piano factory collapses in Yerevan; there is one casualty
On December 1, at 10:12 AM, an alarm was received by the National Center for Crisis Management reporting that the outer wall of an inoperative piano factory on Shirak Street in Yerevan had collapsed.
According to preliminary data, the three-story section of the building, which previously housed warehouses for household goods and food, partially collapsed. There is one casualty on site.
The MIA Rescue Service reports that two fire and rescue crews from the Fire-Rescue Detachment of the Yerevan City Rescue Department, operational groups, and relevant subdivisions of the Rescue Forces Department have been dispatched to the scene.
The Ministry reports that additional information will be provided.
