Death Toll in Spain Reaches 95
Local authorities in Spain have reported that 95 people have died as a result of flooding. Many are still missing.
Meteorologists stated that some areas of Valencia received a year’s worth of rainfall in just eight hours on Tuesday.
President Pedro Sánchez has declared a three-day national mourning period. Rescue operations are ongoing.
According to current information, no Armenian citizens or individuals of Armenian descent have been reported among those affected by the flood in Spain, as stated by MFA spokesperson Ani Badalyan.
