Assets will be confiscated from Mikael Melkumyan in favor of Armenia.
The Department for Confiscation of Illegally Acquired Property of the Prosecutor General’s Office has filed a request with the court to confiscate assets from former Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Mikael Melkumyan and related persons in favor of the Republic of Armenia. Specifically, the request includes:
- 15 real estate properties,
- 2 vehicles,
- participation in the activities of a legal entity (company, foundation, association),
- approximately 315 million drams.
The Anti-Corruption Court accepted the Prosecutor General’s lawsuit on October 24, 2024.
