On January 22, Iran and Azerbaijan signed a cooperation agreement. The document was signed in Tehran by Iran’s Minister of Roads and Urban Development, Farzaneh Sadeghi, and Azerbaijan’s Deputy Prime Minister, Shahin Mustafayev. The agreement aims to enhance bilateral relations.
