A new charge has been filed against Armen Ovanesov, the father of 3-year-old Tigran Ovanesov, who was murdered in the village of Tsapatagh, Gegharkunik Province.

A total of 1,830 rescuers, 10 police officers, 103 eco-patrols, as well as 17 main and 143 auxiliary vehicles, are involved in the fire suppression efforts across various parts of six provinces of the Republic of Armenia (RA).
