Armenian families in Aleppo receive support
The Governor of Aleppo has announced that the security situation in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh districts is gradually being restored.
According to the Governor, civil defense, demining, and internal security bodies are continuing their work to ensure security and prevent any attempts to destabilize the area.
The Regional Executive of the Syrian Relief Cross (Armenian Relief Society of Syria) provided food to Armenian families sheltered in the hall of Saint Gregory the Illuminator Church due to the clashes in Aleppo.
Yesterday, the Regional Executive of the Syrian Relief Cross, in cooperation with the Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, and accompanied by the representative of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese of Beroea, the Very Reverend Father Armen Galajian, participated in the delivery of food for displaced persons at the “Hilal” shelter in Aleppo.
It is noted that the aid was provided to a total of 310 people, including special dietary meals for 107 children.
