Second company to import gasoline from Azerbaijan to Armenia is “Shisha World” LLC: owner revealed
The second company to import gasoline from Azerbaijan to Armenia is “Shisha World” LLC. This information was confirmed by the State Revenue Committee (SRC).
It is also noted that according to the State Register of Legal Entities, “Shisha World” LLC is 100% owned by Samvel Vahagn Mkrtchyan. The latter is the nephew of Shogerina Mkrtchyan, the wife of Samvel Aleksanyan.
The company was founded in December 2022. “Shisha World” is registered with the SRC not as a fuel sales or import entity, but as a company engaged in the production of tobacco products.
As a reminder, on December 18, the first batch of petroleum products—1,220 tons of AI-95 motor gasoline—was sent from Azerbaijan to Armenia. One of the importing companies is “Mega Trade.”
Earlier, it was reported that Azerbaijani gasoline would be available at gas stations belonging to the family of Khachatur Sukiasyan, a Member of Parliament from the “Civil Contract” faction of the National Assembly. Subsequently, information circulated that this gasoline is already being sold at “Ran Oil” gas stations for 430 AMD per liter.
