The 5 largest tax-paying banks in Armenia
According to the data from the State Revenue Committee for the third quarter of 2024, Armenia’s 5 largest banks collectively paid 55.736 billion drams in taxes to the state.
The largest taxpayer among Armenian banks is Ameriabank. Compared to the same period last year, the taxes paid by Ameriabank decreased by approximately 2.379 billion drams. Currently, the bank ranks 6th on the list of major taxpayers.
The second-largest taxpayer is Acba Bank. Its taxes paid to the state increased by 52.648 million drams compared to the same period last year. In the third quarter, the bank ranks 17th among Armenia’s major taxpayers.
The third-largest taxpayer among banks is Inecobank. While in September 2023, the bank paid 8.625 billion drams in taxes, this amount increased to 9.506 billion drams in 2024.
