A secondary school is being constructed in Tsakqar village
Renovation works at the secondary school in Tsakqar village of Martuni community are nearing completion. The construction, launched within the framework of the RA Government’s “300 Schools, 500 Kindergartens” program, began in August 2025 with 296 million AMD allocated from the state budget.
The school building’s roof has been replaced, the floors, bathrooms, and power supply system have been renovated, internal and external wall finishing has been performed, and new doors and windows have been installed. A football pitch has also been added, which will provide students with the opportunity to train in modern sports conditions.
The management of the Tsakqar school notes that the construction works, carried out during the winter months of 2025–2026, will be completed this March. It is expected that the renovated school will create a prosperous and safe environment for students, meeting all modern standards.
