509 business entities fined for violating cash register regulations
According to the State Revenue Committee (SRC), a series of violations were recorded following measures conducted during December 2025.
Cases of violations of cash register (CRM) application rules were recorded among 509 taxpayers, with the total amount of fines reaching 197 million AMD. Among these violations, 19 taxpayers were fined 1 million AMD or more, totaling 61.2 million AMD.
Cases of failing to register hired employees were recorded among 72 taxpayers, with the total fine amount reaching 74 million AMD. In cases involving three or more unregistered employees, 25 taxpayers were fined a total of 56.750 million AMD.
Violations of the requirements of the Law “On Cashless Transactions” were also recorded among 29 taxpayers, with the total fine amount totaling 11.6 million AMD.
