The Market Surveillance Inspectorate Body conducted inspections at a gas station belonging to “Karlen Mirakyan Samsoni” IE (Individual Entrepreneur), which is engaged in the retail sale of gasoline and diesel fuel.
As a result of the inspections, a case of under-filling was detected, leading to the suspension of the operation of the fuel dispensing pump being operated with under-filling.
According to the data provided by the Inspectorate Body, the economic entity will be held administratively liable in accordance with the procedure established by law for the detected violation.
