Citizens can apply to any division to obtain their first passport
From now on, it will no longer be mandatory for Armenian citizens to visit the office serving their registered address to obtain their first passport.
The Migration and Citizenship Service informs that citizens can complete this process by visiting any division.
This change also applies to transactions related to identification cards or public service numbers.
Mandatory visits to regional offices will only apply to registration transactions.
