Failures recorded in the “ArCa” system
The “ArCa” national payment system again experienced overload on December 3, causing disruptions. This was reported to Amnews by the system’s hotline.
A hotline employee assured that as of 13:25, the issue had been resolved and all banks were informed about the situation.
Although the company states that the system is already operating normally, the online applications of a number of banks continue to work with disruption or access problems.
It should be recalled that similar failures in the “ArCa” system were previously recorded on August 1, 13, and 25, and in all cases the cause was technical, unrelated to either cyberattacks or information security breaches.
