Disruptions at “Viva” due to network failure

Certain services at “Viva Armenia” have been temporarily restricted due to a failure in a network subsystem.

The company’s press service informed that the failure might result in limited access to data transmission services in certain areas.

It is noted that the backup system has already been activated, ensuring the continuity of services. The technical team continues to take measures to fully restore network stability.

Although such issues occur frequently at “Viva Armenia,” the company has nonetheless increased its package prices over the past two months. In October, “Viva Armenia” sent notifications to its subscribers regarding the upcoming price hikes. The “Y” tariff plan will increase from 3,000 AMD to 3,200 AMD, the “X” tariff plan from 5,000 AMD to 5,500 AMD, the “UNLIM” tariff plan from 3,900 AMD to 4,500 AMD, and the “UNLIM Basic” from 2,999 AMD to 3,500 AMD.

This has caused significant dissatisfaction, as evidenced by numerous posts from citizens on social media.
