Starting February 2, payments for Ucom services will be unavailable via several payment systems
Starting February 2, the payment and settlement organizations “Idram,” “EasyPay,” and “Telcell” will cease accepting payments from Ucom subscribers. The mobile operator informed about this change. Following this development, subscribers will need to use alternative payment methods, specifically bank applications and branches, as well as “HayPost” offices and the operator’s own payment platforms.
According to the company, payments will not be processed through the payment systems, terminals, online wallets, or branches of the aforementioned organizations. The reason for the decision is a disagreement with partners regarding the terms of service provision.
Earlier, mobile operators “Viva Armenia” and “Team Telecom” also announced the termination of cooperation with the same payment and settlement organizations, noting that the parties failed to reach an agreement on mutually beneficial terms.
Ucom informs that payments for the company’s services can be made through other channels, including the My Ucom and U!Pay applications, the ucom.am website, Ucom sales and service centers, applications, branches, and terminals of partner banks, as well as the “MobiDram,” “Upay,” and “HayPost” systems.
