All design expertise for the construction of the “Ajapnyak” station of the Yerevan Metro has been completed. This was announced by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Armen Pambukhchyan, during a press conference held on February 20.

According to Pambukhchyan, the bidding process can now begin, and the construction tender is planned to be announced either by the end of this year or in the coming year.

“If not this year, we will start the construction tender next year. That expertise had been significantly delayed, but now we have those results, which allows us to proceed with the bidding process,” he detailed.

As a reminder, according to the Municipality’s data, approximately 250 million dollars in financial resources will be required for the construction of the station.
