There are closed and inaccessible roads in the territory of Armenia

The Emergency Service reports that there are closed and inaccessible roads in Armenia.

For several days now, the road from the “Amberd” high-mountain meteorological station in the Aragatsotn region to Kari Lake has been closed.

The road from Vayots Dzor to Syunik, specifically the Saravan — “Zanger” road, is closed to trucks with trailers.

The Stepanavan-Lars road is closed to all types of vehicles.

The Spitak bends in the Lori region, the Gyumri–Bavra, Aparan–Spitak, Berd–Chambarak roads, and the Dilijan bends are impassable for all types of vehicles.

Snow is falling in several settlements, and there is black ice on the roads.

Snow is falling in the Vardenyats Pass, except for the settlements of the Amasia region, in other settlements of the Shirak region, in the Aragats region of Aragatsotn, in the Vayots Dzor region, in Charentsavan, Hrazdan, and Sisian cities, in the Tigranashen bends, in the area called “Meghri Mountain,” and on the Gorayk–”Zanger” road.

There is black ice on the roads of Aragatsotn, and on the Lanjik–Mastara and Alagyaz–Artik roads in the Shirak region.

There is a snowstorm in the Ashotsk region, and fog in the Noyemberyan and Berd regions of the Tavush region, in Chambarak city, in the Aragats region, and in the highland areas of the Syunik region.
