The QR code in the native language textbook provides information about Azerbaijan
Newly published book batches in Armenia are constantly at the center of scandals. If previously the cover of the “Native Language 3” textbook featured a burning Armenian flag, now citizens are reporting that by activating the QR code on the first page of the “Native Language 6” textbook, one can access a section providing information about Azerbaijan. Specifically, it mentions Azerbaijan’s territory, population, government structure, and capital city.
However, from the text near the code, it can be understood that it was supposed to lead to the online version of the textbook’s page. The editorial team has also verified the video received from citizens. However, the link is no longer accessible.
The video was recorded at the beginning of September. Yet, the QR code still does not work.
Will the issue be fully resolved, or will the ministry settle for temporarily covering up the problem?
