Henrikh Mkhitaryan Named Armenia’s Best Footballer of the Year for the 12th Time

According to the results of the 2024 Armenia’s Best Footballer voting, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, the Armenian midfielder of Milan’s “Inter,” has been named Armenia’s Best Footballer.

Other candidates for the award included Tigran Barseghyan (“Slovan,” Slovakia), Eduard Spertsyan (“Krasnodar,” Russia), Lukas Selarayan (“Al Fateh,” Saudi Arabia), Varazdat Haroyan (“Qingdao West Coast,” China), Henry Avagyan (“Pyunik”), Ognjen Čančarević (“Noah”), Arthur Miranyan (“Universitatea Cluj,” Romania), Narek Grigoryan (“Farul,” Romania), Vahan Bichakhchyan (“Pogoń,” Poland), Nair Tiknizyan (“Lokomotiv Moscow,” Russia), and Ugochukwu Iwu (“Rubin,” Russia).

Henrikh Mkhitaryan collected 87 points. He became Armenia’s Best Footballer of the Year for the 12th time. Midfielder Tigran Barseghyan took second place with 62 points. Eduard Spertsyan was in third place with 24 points.
