The military athletes at the World Championships: Armenia won another gold and silver medal
The World Championships for military athletes are taking place at the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concert Complex. Two more representatives from Armenia won medals.
In freestyle wrestling, 65 kg weight category, Andranik Avetisyan won a gold medal by defeating North Korean Kim Kwang with a score of 9:7. In the 61 kg weight category of freestyle wrestling, Sargis Begoyan earned a silver medal at the Military World Championships.
On the first day of the competition, Armenia finished with 3 gold, 2 silver, and 3 bronze medals.
