MIA urges not to publish emotional videos involving children

The Ministry of Internal Affairs warns parents and social media users to refrain from publishing videos involving children that could harm their emotional state and violate their rights.

Recently, trending videos have been spreading on the internet where adults, primarily parents, induce crying or other emotional situations for children and then publish them with the expectation of gaining views, public empathy, or profit.

The MIA Police emphasizes that the development of the digital environment should not be used to the detriment of children, and ensuring a safe environment for children is everyone’s responsibility.
