Queues at the Yeritasardakan Metro
Due to malfunctions of the payment machines, there are long queues at the Yeritasardakan Metro. A group of citizens is waiting for their turn both inside and outside the metro. The machines do not recognize QR tickets purchased online. To resolve the issue, metro employees are collecting the purchased tickets from citizens themselves and allowing them to proceed to the escalators.
This is not the only problem caused by the new payment system. During peak hours, queues of people in the metro are inevitable. The machines often fail to recognize QR codes, operate slowly, or experience continuous software issues.
According to our information, the same issue exists at other metro stations as well.
