Approximately 300 Million Dram in Concealed Revenue Uncovered
In the village of Karbi in the Aragatsotn region, an individual entrepreneur involved in food and household goods trade was found not issuing fiscal receipts upon sale, according to the State Revenue Committee.
Throughout 2024, the entrepreneur concealed sales revenue amounting to approximately 300 million drams. Corresponding tax assessments were conducted, revealing that the entrepreneur failed to pay around 50 million drams in taxes.
The entrepreneur voluntarily submitted revised unified VAT and excise tax calculations to the tax authorities, including the previously undeclared 300 million drams in sales revenue. This resulted in an additional tax obligation of 50,301,618 drams owed to the budget, which has been fully settled.
