Armenia placed 8th in the “Junior Eurovision” Song Contest
At the “Junior Eurovision” Song Contest held in Madrid, Spain, on November 16, Armenia’s representative, Leo, secured 8th place with 125 points. He performed the song “Cosmic Friend.” Leo was selected through a competition announced by Public Television, which received over 100 applications.
This year, Georgia’s representative, Andria Putkaradze, won the contest with 239 points.
In the jury voting, Georgia and France awarded Armenia 12 points. Meanwhile, Armenia’s jury gave its 12 points to Georgia.
