Armenia’s exports in seven months surpass the total of the previous year
The value of exports from Armenia from the beginning of the year until August exceeded the total figure for the entire previous year.
From the beginning of this year until August, the export value amounted to approximately 9 billion 694 million drams, which is 13.4% more than the total for 2023. Last year, the export value was around 8 billion 852 million dollars.
Compared to the same period last year, the amount has increased by 213.2%. The highest export value this year was recorded in February and March, reaching 1 billion 634 million dollars.
The primary reason for this increase is the significant growth in exports from Armenia to the UAE. Notably, the largest export volumes have been recorded in the direction of the UAE.Samvel Mkhitaryan
