Operation of a public catering facility suspended in Artik
As a result of an inspection carried out by inspectors from the Shirak Regional Center of the Food Safety Inspection Body, the production activities of a public catering facility operating in the city of Artik have been suspended.
According to the Inspection Body, the inspection was conducted at the public catering facility belonging to individual entrepreneur Seda Astoyan, where sanitary and hygienic violations incompatible with food production were recorded.
Specifically, accumulations of dirt were observed on the ceiling of the food facility, due to which the possibility of particles falling could not be excluded. Additionally, the door of the facility was not covered with a non-absorbent, easily cleanable, and disinfectable material, which also contradicts established sanitary requirements.
By the decision of the Head of the Inspection Body, the production activities of the public catering facility have been temporarily suspended. The business operator has been instructed to eliminate the recorded violations within the set timeframe and to bring the activities into compliance with the existing norms.
