FIDE has published the ranking table for the month of November
The International Chess Federation has published the ranking table of the top 100 chess players for November. The Armenian Chess Federation ranks 7th among 203 countries.
The Armenian men’s national team has three chess players in the ranking. Hayk Martirosyan is in 52nd place, Shant Sargsyan is in 72nd, and Gabriel Sargsyan is in 96th. Levon Aronian, who competes under the American flag, is ranked 14th in the leaderboard. Magnus Carlsen holds the first position.
In the women’s ranking list, Elina Danielyan is in 54th place, Lilit Mkrtchyan is in 59th, and Anna Sargsyan is in 80th.
Members of the youth national team are also highlighted. Emin Ohanyan is ranked 53rd, Mamikon Garibyan is in 99th, and Mariam Mkrtchyan is in 16th place.
