Support programs for the citizens of Artsakh continue

According to government data, 3,143 citizens of Artsakh purchased real estate or obtained construction loans through mortgage lending. The number of mortgage lending transactions amounted to 2,715. Another 428 families purchased real estate by combining certificates.

In total, about 3947 families left Artsakh in 2020, which as of July 1, 2024 received certificates for the purchase of apartments.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, 6 banks and 1 credit organization have signed an agreement on cooperation within the framework of the programs. Applications of 1946 beneficiaries have already been approved, of which 1127 have signed agreements and received loans.
