Peskov Declares That Russia Does Not Interfere in Armenia-Azerbaijan Affairs
In an interview with Izvestia, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov stated that Russia does not interfere in the affairs of Armenia and Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the CIS format, the leaders of the member states always sit at the same table, but this does not mean that Moscow is meddling in the affairs of Baku and Yerevan.
He noted that Armenia and Azerbaijan, in any case, continue their dialogue within the CIS framework, and the rest, their bilateral relations, are under their own sovereign jurisdiction, not ours.
Peskov added that the Russian side maintains its dialogue with both countries.
