Olympic champion Levon Julfalakyan will be included in the Russian Wrestling Federation system
Levon Julfalakyan, the champion of the 1988 Seoul Olympic Games and gold medalist of the World and European Championships, has become a Russian citizen and will be part of the Wrestling Federation system.
By the decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Julfalakyan has been granted citizenship. The decree is public.
Levon Julfalakyan had been a member of the Armenian National Olympic Committee since 2003. Four years after starting his career, the Armenian athlete managed to become both World and European champion.
