In Gyumri, 217 trees and 386 shrubs have been planted
Around 217 trees and 386 shrubs were planted in the Friendship Park of Gyumri. The autumn tree planting was attended by local residents, municipality employees, and others.
The project was initiated by the Tourism and Urban Development Foundation. The funds raised during an organized donation drive are being used to green Gyumri.
The Gyumri municipality also supported the tree planting. The trees received from the “ATP” charitable foundation were also provided by the municipality for the greening of Friendship Park.
The next phase of tree planting is planned for spring.
