Rescuers removed about 228 tons of water from different addresses in Yerevan

As a result of heavy rain in Yerevan on September 13-14, the streets were again filled with water. The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that about 228 tons of water were removed to different addresses in the capital. Eight vehicles were removed from the blockades.

There were 65 alarms about short-circuiting of electric wires, clogging of sluices and hatches, flooding. There were no casualties or injuries.

A similar incident was recorded on September 3-4, when Yerevan streets were blocked due to heavy rains.
