Purchased cards can be activated on the website transport.yerevan.am. Citizens in privileged groups can visit community halls or TellCell offices to undergo the identification process.

In 2025, the program for compensating deposits made in the USSR Savings Bank (the Armenian SSR Republican Bank) before June 10, 1993, will continue. According to the government’s decision, compensation will be provided to citizens born on or before December 31, 1942, including those whose deposit was made by a deceased spouse during their married life.
