During the CIS Council meeting, Ararat Mirzoyan did not join certain statements
At the October 7 CIS Council of Foreign Ministers meeting held in Russia, Armenia did not join the statements regarding “The inadmissibility of unilateral measures in international relations” and “Principles of ensuring security in Eurasia”. This was reported by Ani Badalyan, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.
The foreign ministers exchanged views on current issues on the international agenda and cooperation within the framework of the CIS. Consultations were also held on foreign policy planning, combating new challenges and threats, arms control and disarmament issues, as well as cooperation in the fields of information, culture, science, education, sports, tourism, and youth policy.
