Intermediate repair works to be conducted on 7 streets of Yerevan this year
Intermediate repair works are planned for seven streets in Yerevan this year. This was announced by the First Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Armen Pambukhchyan, during a press conference.
Intermediate repairs will be carried out on Tigran Mets Avenue, Garegin Nzhdeh, Agatangeghos, Demirchyan, Viktor Hambardzumyan, and Aram Khachaturyan streets, as well as on the Yeghvard Highway.
Additionally, major reconstruction is planned for Avetisyan Street and the 9th Street of Nubarashen. Armen Pambukhchyan noted that there have also been discussions regarding the major reconstruction of Arin Berd Street, but it has not yet been approved in the budget.
According to him, 1.7 billion AMD has been allocated from the city budget for intermediate repairs, and approximately 1.1 billion AMD for pothole filling.
Armen Pambukhchyan also mentioned that in 2025, intermediate repair works were carried out on Hrachya Kochar, Vagharshyan, Erebuni, and Andranik streets, on the bridge sections of Myasnikyan and Gai avenues, as well as near the Davtashen Bridge. Around 1.7 billion AMD was spent on those works.
