“Pyunik” has banned former youth team players from entering the sports base: “Noah” responds
Photos of several football players who previously played for the youth team of “Pyunik” football club are displayed at the club’s sports base, and their entry is prohibited, according to a post made by a Facebook user.
“Pyunik” issued a statement on the matter, stating that players who have left the club no longer have free access and are considered undesirable persons. Therefore, such posters have been placed at the checkpoints of the sports base.
It is mentioned that these football players have transferred to another Armenian club, “Noah.” “Noah” responded to the situation, stating that they find it unacceptable to target underage players in this way and to violate children’s rights.
We are ready to fully support the children and their parents in resolving the issue through legal proceedings. In the future, if they transfer to other clubs and achieve success in their football careers, we will only share in their joy and follow their achievements, said Anna Ohanyan, Director of Development at the “Noah” club.
